A dedicated professional, he specialises in business conceptualization, modelling, planning, resourcing, mobilizing and start-ups. Through his span of association and nature of approach, he has developed and maintained excellent relations with various supply chain industry stakeholders.
CMA Sanjay Ghone - Founder Director
Sanjay Ghone is highly experienced in finance, management accounts, costing, commercials, HR and business compliance functions. He has special skills in area of business excellence, process definition, business mapping and system setups.He has implemented ERP like SAP, Ramco, Navison and led a team which bagged award for India’s best SAP Retail implementation project. He has hands on experience in supply chain operations which include warehousing, transportation & resourcing across industries like QSRs, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer durables sectors.Sanjay is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and is a qualified Cost & Management Accountant

Sudhir is a cold chain & warehouse infrastructure designer and project management expert. He has in depth knowledge & experience in supply chain domain which is effectively used while designing & executing supply chain infrastructure projects, optimization of resources & bringing in operational efficiencies.Sudhir is a civil engineer, member of ISHRAE and an accredited project management professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. He has over 35 years of experience in managing & setting projects for various industries, warehouses, cold storage, food parks, processing canters & retail stores.

Giri has been managing Logistics / Supply Chain and Purchases operations for the past 18 Years with adapting a strategic approach that aligns with business unit / organization’s goals / profitability and excellence.
