Shriram Hariharan is a specialist in supply chain and cold chain management with over 45 years of engagement. He has successfully developed and operated SCM solutions for various industries covering Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food Wholesalers, QSRs, Multi-brand Retailers, Foodservice and 3PL Companies, both in India and abroad. A dedicated professional, he specialises in business conceptualization, modelling, planning, resourcing, mobilizing and start-ups. Through his span of association and nature of approach, he has developed and maintained excellent relations with various supply chain industry stakeholders.
CMA Sanjay Ghone - Founder Director
Sanjay Ghone is highly experienced in finance, management accounts, costing, commercials, HR and business compliance functions. He has special skills in area of business excellence, process definition, business mapping and system setups. He has implemented ERP like SAP, Ramco, Navison and led a team which bagged award for India’s best SAP Retail implementation project. He has hands on experience in supply chain operations which include warehousing, transportation & resourcing across industries like QSRs, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer durables sectors. Sanjay is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and is a qualified Cost & Management Accountant.
Sudhir Dabke, PMP - Founder Director
Sudhir is a cold chain & warehouse infrastructure designer and project management expert. He has in depth knowledge & experience in supply chain domain which is effectively used while designing & executing supply chain infrastructure projects, optimization of resources & bringing in operational efficiencies.Sudhir is a civil engineer, member of ISHRAE and an accredited project management professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. He has over 35 years of experience in managing & setting projects for various industries, warehouses, cold storage, food parks, processing canters & retail stores.
Rajesh Shetty – Chief Executive Officer
Supply Chain professional with 30yrs+ experience and proven ability to create real difference in Business outcomes through agile and adaptive processes. Over the last 3 decades, developed deep learning in end-to-end Supply Chain and it moved to understanding challenges and customer behaviour across QSR, FMCG and retail channels. Has managed large scale operations and running micro ventures inside a mega organization. Have multi-industry exposure that spreads across QSR, Retail-Grocery, Electronics & Fashion Omni Channel, 3PL – Cold Chain & multi-modal logistics.

Prajakt Ghone handles financial accounting & reporting of the company from our Mumbai head office. He holds a B.Com degree & is pursuing MBA in Finance. He has over 8 years of hands on experience in accounts and financial audits.

Abhijit Patkar has 11 years of total experience in the areas of warehouse, distribution & transportation management, budgeting, sourcing & procurement planning.
Loukik Dhonde - Manager Trading
Loukik is a Chemical Engineer and have completed master’s studies in Chemical Technology with a specialization in Green Technology from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. At ImpelPro, he is heading the Speciality Adsorbent Division.
