Shriram is a specialist in supply chain management and cold supply chain in particular. During 40 years of engagement with SC function, he has successfully developed and operated SCM solutions for various industries covering Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food Wholesalers, QSRs, Multi-brand Retailers, Foodservice and 3PL Companies, both in India and abroad.

A dedicated professional, he specialises in business conceptualization, modelling, planning, resourcing, mobilizing and start-ups. Through his span of association and nature of approach, he has developed and maintained excellent relations with various supply chain industry stake holders.

Shriram is a commerce graduate with professional costing & accounting background.

Sanjay Ghone is highly experienced in finance, management accounts, costing, commercials, HR and business compliance functions. Sanjay has special skillsets in area of business excellence, process definition, business mapping and system setups.

Sanjay has implemented ERP like SAP & Ramco and led a team which bagged award of India’s best SAP Retail implementation. Sanjay has hands on experience in supply chain operations which include warehousing, transportation & resourcing across industries like QSRs, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Consumer durables sectors.

Sanjay is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and is a qualified Cost & Management Accountant.

Sudhir is a cold chain & warehouse infrastructure designer and project management expert.

Sudhir has in depth knowledge & experience in supply chain domain which is effectively used while designing & executing supply chain infrastructure projects. This helps in optimization of designs as well as bringing in operational efficiencies.

Sudhir is a civil engineer, member of ISHRAE and an accredited project management professional (PMP) from PMI, USA. Sudhir is a certified lead auditor for ISO and HACCP and totally is having over 29 years of experience in managing & setting projects for various industries, warehouses, cold storages, food parks, processing canters & retail stores.

Avinash has over 17 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, engineering & logistics , warehouse automation , setting up of industrial plants & distribution centers for variety of segments including FMCG, Foods, Chemical, Auto, Engineering etc. He has successfully handled many supply chain and engineering projects, overseas.

Previously he has worked with Godrej Group and L&T.
